The place is BEAUTIFULLY decorated, clean and has everything you need and more. There is great attention to detail everywhere. It feels like a luxurious experience at a very affordable price. The room is large with tall ceilings. It has super comfortable beds, a huge bathroom and everything you need such as shampoo and shower gel dispenser in the shower, nespresso style coffeemaker (top tip: buy your own capsules in the local Mercadona for your favorite flavor), hairdryer, big closet to easily spread out your stuff and keep things tidy. The outlets near the bed also has a built in USB charger should you have forgotten it. As mentioned - attention to detail. Petra, the host, goes the extra mile for you to have a wonderful stay. She is very nice and will let you know about everything from great dinner locations, where to park, the best hiking routes, to cultural subject of what life on Mallorca is like. The location is great, at the downtown of Inca, which is a town perfect for those who want to be in touch with the culture and the locals. There are lots of restaurants and the supermarket is just a few blocks away. We loved it because we were able to see how the locals lived and their culture without many tourists around. Obviously, this is not the all-inclusive experience in terms of commodities, but instead offers something more flexible. The Mercadona supermarket is 300m away and gives you the opportunity to buy whatever you like to store in your own fridge. The kitchen has cutlery, glassware and plates just for your room so you don’t have to share. In terms of equipment there is a combi-oven, kettle, toaster and nespresso-style coffeemaker. Personally, we made and enjoyed breakfast every morning on the outdoor terrace and typically made a to-go lunch to bring with us. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and the lovely encounters we had during our stay. We will definitely come back and recommend this place 100% to everyone visiting Mallorca!

A very clean and beautiful cute Hotel, with amazing rooms. Very well designed and spacious in size. I love the colours and materials. The roof terrace and the small kitchen next to it. Only 10 to 15 min. walk from the train station. In the centre of Inca with plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. A very helpful and charming owner which is always accessible via e-mail. Easy to handle the whole booking and online check in. In the night it is peaceful , because it’s of the main road. I did feel very welcome and home from the beginning to the END!

we love this hotel, we have used this hotel twice now whilst visiting family in Inca and it is very central, very modern and super clean. The balcony up on the roof is lovely, the staff(Petra) we came in contact with were also lovely and the rooms are so spacious and clean. This is our go to hotel to stay in when visiting family, in our 2 visits so far we haven’t been able to fault anything! I’m not very good with technology but the online check in I managed easily this time round…they have upgraded the process to make it a little easier.

Petra is the most wonderful host. She recommended various places to see. We couldn't have asked for a more welcoming, friendly and obliging host. Petra never intruded, she allowed total privacy. We were encouraged to use the communal kitchen and dining/lounge upper deck. Every effort was made to make sure we had everything we needed. The accommodation was kept immaculate daily. This would be one of my highest recommendations to anybody staying in Mallorca. Inca is a most beautiful town.

Recently renovated and very stylishly so. Comfortable bed and lovely bed linen. Well equipped bathroom (though the bath is in the bedroom area which some may not like - take a shower instead?) Lots of interesting little design features in the room and the common areas. Nice shared roof terrace with kitchen on top floor. Space to store our bikes in the entrance area. We did not see Petra during our visit but she responded to WhatsApp promptly. Good central location for Inca.
